Ramzan Special :- KUNAFA / KNAFEH / KUNUFE ( Turkish Dish) Recipe in Hindi

Kunafa Ingredients:- 1. Milk (1/2 L) 2. Sewai (400gm) 3. Corn Flour 4. Paneer 5. Mozzarella Cheese 6. Custard 7. Sugar 8. Rasmalai Essence. 9. Dry nuts. Procedure:- 1. In a pan, Add Milk (1/2 L). 2. Add Corn Flour (2 tsp) 3. Custard (1 tsp) 4. Mix properly & then lit the gas. 5. Add Sugar (5 tsp). 6. Cook till you get thick paste. 7. Now in a mixer, Add Paneer & grind it. 8. Add this paneer paste into the paste. 9. Mix properly. 10. Add Mozzarella Cheese (Optional) 11. Mix & cook to get a thick paste. 12. Add Rasmalai Essence (2-3 drop) , You can you vanilla essence or small cardamom Powder too. 13. Now take Lachcha Sewai (400 gm) and crush it with hands. 14. Take a pan and Greece it with ghee or butter. 15. Put crushed lachcha sewai and spread in the pan. 16. Take an object with place base and layer sewai properly. 17.
