Procedure:-
1. Take Coriander Leaves.
2. Add Gram Flour (2 bowl), Wheat Flour (1 bowl) & Salt (1 tsp).
3. Add water and make Batter.
4. In a pan, Add little Soybean Oil.
5. Add Raee (1 tsp), Hing (pinch of).
6. Crushed Ginger (1 tsp)
7. Turmeric Powder (1 tsp)
8. Chili Powder (1 tsp)
9. Mix properly & Add already prepared Batter.
10. Cook until dry.
11. On a plate, add soybean oil & brush over the plate to prevent sticking.
12. Put the prepared dough. Spread over the plate and cut in into required shape.
13. In a pan, put Soybean oil, heat it and put the shaped dough and fry till golden brown.
14. Your delicious Kothimbir Vadi is ready!
15. Serve to your loved ones.
