Chicken Masala Recipe (Restaurant Style) 🧡




 


Ingredients:-

1.     Chicken (1 kg)

2.     Onion (4 med. Size)

3.     Mustard Oil.

4.     Coriander Leaves.

5.     Lemon.

6.     Spices:-

a.     Cumin powder.

b.     Turmeric Powder.

c.     Red chili powder.

d.     Kashmiri mirch Powder/ Red color powder.

e.     Garam Masala.

f.       Black Pepper Powder.

g.     Chicken masala.

h.     Ginger & Garlic Paste

i.       Small Cardamom, Clove, Cinnamon, Big Cardamom.

j.       Salt.

 

 

Procedure:-

1.     Take a pan, Add Mustard Oil (4 tsp)

2.     Add Small Cardamom (4 pc), Clove (4 pc), Cinnamon (2 pc), Big Cardamom (1 pc).

3.     Onion (4 med. Size)

4.     Fry it till it changes its color to golden brown.

5.     Add Chicken (1 Kg) & cook it the chicken releases its water.

6.     Then Add Ginger & Garlic paste (1 Bowl).

7.     After cooking for 2 min. Add spices , i.e.

8.     Cumin Powder (1 tsp), Turmeric Powder (1/2 tsp), Red Chili Powder (1 tsp), Kashmiri Mirch Powder/ Red Color Powder (1/2 tsp), Garam Masala (1/2 tsp), Black Pepper Powder (1/2 tsp).

9.     Mix well for 1 min. then Add Chicken Masala (1 tsp).

10.  Now Add Salt (1/2 tsp)/ just to remove moisture.

11.   To add a little sour taste, Add Lemon Juice (1/2), or you can add tomato for the same.

12.  Add Water (1/2 glass) and cook which mixing.

13.  Now cover the lid and cook in medium to low flame for 10-12 min.

14.  Chicken is ready!

15.  Sprinkle few coriander leaves over it.
