In this special pdf, we are going to make street style momos. The main difference here is that we are going to make momos without using steamer. Only because most of the household do not have steamer due to which they are unable to make momos. That problem has been solved this very pdf. Ingredients:-
1. Soybean Oil, Atta( flour).
2. Capsicum, Carrot, Tomato, Onion.
3. Grinded Mutton ( Keema) ( Optional).
4. Black Pepper, Chili Powder, Garam Masala, Turmeric Powder, Ginger & Garlic ( chopped & paste)., Cumin Powder.
Procedure:-
1. In a pan, put Soybean oil (5-6 tsp).
2. Add small cardamom (5-6 ), Big Cardamom (2pc), Clove (5-6).
3. Add Capsicum, Carrot, Onion (Quantity according to your preference).
4. After frying for sometimes, add chopped Tomato (Quantity as you wish).
5. After mixing properly, add Mutton Keema ( Grinded)
(Note:- Here you can either proceed without adding any non-veg item, or add
Chicken or egg. There is no extra procedure for veg or non -veg.)
6. Add Salt (1tsp) and mix properly.
7. Add ,
a. Black Pepper (Golki 1tsp).
b. Chili Powder (1tsp)
c. Garam Masala (1/2 tsp)
d. Turmeric Powder (1tsp)
e. Ginger & Garlic (chopped) ( ½ tsp)
f. Ginger & Garlic Paste ( 1tsp)
g. Cumin Powder (1tsp)
8. Add a bowl of water , mix and cover the lid for 5 min.
9. After removing the lid, mix and now add Chili and tomato sauce (2-3 tsp)
10. Cook for few minutes more until it’s water gets dry.
11. Stuffing is ready!
12. How We will make The outer layer.
13. Take Flour (a bowl)
14. Add Soybean oil (3-4 tsp)
15. Add Salt (1tsp)
16. Add a little water and make a proper dough.
17. Leave it for 5-10 min.
18. Now make small balls and roll them into circular shape.
19. Add prepared stuffing into it (quantity as per your choice)
20. Shape it into momos form (refer video for shape)
21. Heat water in a pan, place required momos in a plate smaller than the pan.
22. Put the plate inside the pan ( water level should be lower than the plate edges.
23. Now cover the lid.
24. Wait for 10 min. ( or until you feel it’s steamed and cooked properly.
25. Your Wait is over.
26. Your delicious Momos is ready!
