Hello Friends, in this video we are going to make famous snacks recipe ' Capsicum Bharwa / Shimla Mirch Bharwa '. I am sure you will like it a lot.

1. Shimla Mirch / Capsicum
2. Mustard Oil.
3. Spices:-
A) Cumin.
B) Cumin Powder
C) Coriander Powder
D) Aamchur Powder
E) Ginger & garlic
F) Green Chili
G) Turmeric Powder
H) Chaat Masala
I) Black Pepper Powder
J) Hing
K) Red Chili Powder
L) Salt
4. Onion
5. Besan / Gram Flour
6. Coriander Leaves.
7. Lemon. Procedure:-
1. First wash capsicum. Cut vertically to clean inside.
2. In a pan, put mustard oil (2-3 tsp)
3. Add Cumin (1 tsp) and roast.
4. Add Garlic (1 tsp), Ginger (1 tsp), Green Chlii (2 pc)
5. Add Spices,
a) Coriander Powder (1 tsp)
b) Aamchur Powder (1/2 tsp)
c) Fried Cumin (1 tsp)
d) Turmeric Powder (1/2 tsp)
e) Black Pepper Powder (1/2 tsp)
f) Red Chili Powder (1 tsp)
g) Chaat masala (1/4 tsp)
h) Hing (pinch of)
6. Roast spices for 2-3 min.
7. Add Onion (1 pc chopped)
8. After drying remove it in a plate.
9. In the same pan, add Besan (1 bowl) & roast it properly to change its color to golden brown.
10. Take that fried besan in a bowl, add spice mixture prepared earlier and mix properly.
11. Add Salt (for taste.)
12. Coriander leaves and mix.
13. Squeeze Lemon (1/2 pc)
14. Mix properly.
15. Add a little water to wet it so that the stuffing does not come out while frying.
16. Now add stuffing inside the capsicum one by one (tight).
17. Now, take Mustard Oil (3-4 tsp) in a pan, and roast filled capsicum for 10 min.
By covering the lid and changing its side in between.
18. Capsicum or Shimla Mirch Bharwa is ready!
19. Ready!
