Egg Curry (Restaurant Style)



Egg Masala Curry | Spicy Anda Curry | Restaurant Style

Ingredients:-

1. Egg (5 pc)
2. Mustard Oil / Sarso Tel
3. Onion (4 pc)
4. Ginger & Garlic Paste (4 tsp)
5. Coriander Leaves
6. Spices:-
a. Small Cardamom (4 pc)
b. Big Cardamom (1 pc)
c. Cinnamom / Dalchini (2 pc)
d. Clove / Laung (4 pc)
e. Black Pepper Powder (1 tsp)
f. Cumin Powder (1 tsp)
g. Coriander Powder (1 tsp)
h. Garam Masala (1/4 tsp)
i. Chili Powder (1 tsp)
j. Chicken Masala (2 pinch)
k. Salt

Procedure:-

1. In a pan, take Mustard Oil (4-5 tsp).
2. Add small cardamom, big cardamom, Cinnamom & clove with the prescribed quantity mentioned above and fry a little.
3. Add Onion (Chopped) 4 pc & fry to golden brown color.
4. Add Ginger & Garlic Paste (4 tsp).
5. Now add Black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, Garam masala & chili powder with respective quantity mentioned above in ingredients section.
6. Add water little by little and fry.
7. Add Chicken Masala (2 pinch). & fry for 2-3 min.
8. Add water enough to make a proper gravy paste.
9. Now, boil Egg (5 pc), Peel it & Cut into half.
10. Add this into the gravy.
11. Add salt (1 tsp)
12. Add water to dip the egg, cover lid and cook for 5 min.
13. Remove lid when it seem gravy proper.
14. Sprinkle coriander leaves over the curry.
