Ingredients:-
1. Milk (1/2 L) 2. Sewai (400gm) 3. Corn Flour 4. Paneer 5. Mozzarella Cheese 6. Custard 7. Sugar 8. Rasmalai Essence. 9. Dry nuts.
Procedure:-
1. In a pan, Add Milk (1/2 L).
2. Add Corn Flour (2 tsp)
3. Custard (1 tsp)
4. Mix properly & then lit the gas.
5. Add Sugar (5 tsp).
6. Cook till you get thick paste.
7. Now in a mixer, Add Paneer & grind it.
8. Add this paneer paste into the paste.
9. Mix properly.
10. Add Mozzarella Cheese (Optional)
11. Mix & cook to get a thick paste.
12. Add Rasmalai Essence (2-3 drop) , You can you vanilla essence or small cardamom Powder too.
13. Now take Lachcha Sewai (400 gm) and crush it with hands.
14. Take a pan and Greece it with ghee or butter.
15. Put crushed lachcha sewai and spread in the pan.
16. Take an object with place base and layer sewai properly.
17. Put Cream/ Malai prepared earlier and spread over it.
18. Add crushed nuts.
19. Again add one more layer of sewai in the same previous way.
20. Now separate sewai edges from the pan.
21. Take a Tava, place it on the pan and turn it upside down.
22. Now cook both side for about 10 min each.
23. Place it on a plate and add Sugar syrup.
(For sugar syrup, Add 1.5 Bowl of water and 1 bowl of sugar. Heat it until sugar melts.
Add kewda water/ rose water. Then add a lemon slice to prevent sugar syrup to become paste.
24. After Pouring sugar syrup, add grinded nuts over the Kunafa.
25. Serve to your loved ones.
