प्रेशर कुकर में वेज बिरयानी कैसे बनाते है।

Serve to : 5 person.

In this blog we are going to make special veg biryani.

𝕎𝕖 𝕡𝕣𝕖𝕗𝕖𝕣 𝕢𝕦𝕒𝕝𝕚𝕥𝕪. 𝕎𝕖 𝕘𝕦𝕒𝕣𝕒𝕟𝕥𝕖𝕖 𝕋𝕒𝕤𝕥𝕖.

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:-

1. Biryani Rice (Prefer India Gate Basmati rice ) (400gm)

2. Potato (3 med size ) & Cauliflower (250 gm)

3. Ginger ( Small pc)

4. Garlic (12 bit pcs )

5. Carrot (1 pc)

6. Tomato ( 2 med size )

7. Cowpie beans/ Barbatti (10-12 pc)

8. Onion ( 4 med size )

9. Garam Masala / Hot spices

  a) Bay Leaf (2 pcs)

  b) Large Cardamom (2 pc)

  c) Small Cardamom (9-10 pc)

  d) Clove (10-12 pcs)

  e) Black Pepper

  f) Cinnamon


10. Cashew Nuts ( 15-20 pc)

11. Mint leaves / Pudina patti & Coriander leaves

12. Paneer (200gm)

13. Curd/ Dahi (6 tsp)

14. Black Pepper Powder

15. Turmeric Powder

16. Cumin

17. Cumin Powder

18. Biryani Masala

19. Red chili powder

20. Coriander powder

21. Salt

22. Garam masala powder


𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞 :-

1. Take biryani rice (2 small glass)

    wash it and dip it in water for 10 min.

2. In a cooker, 4 tsp of mustard oil.

3. Add sliced onion (1 big large) and fry.

   This fried onion will be used for decoration. which also adds up to some taste.

4. In the same hot oil, fry Paneer pieces. 

5. In the same hot oil, add cumin and fry.

6. Add Solid garam masala as taken in the ingredients. and fry.

7. Add onion.

8. Add chopped garlic and ginger (1 tsp)

9. Add Cauliflower.

10. Add cowpea / Barbatti.

11. Add chopped carrot.

12. Chopped Potato.

13. Chopped Tomato.

Mix well.

14. Add Cashew nuts (10-12 pcs)

15. Add Custard Oil (2-3 tsp)

Mix well.

16. Add Cumin Powder (1 tsp)

17. Coriander Powder (1 tsp), Garam Masala (1/2 tsp)

18. Black Pepper Powder (1/4 tsp ), Turmeric Powder (2/3 tsp)

19. Salt (1/2 tsp)

20. Add Biryani Masala ( 1 tsp)

21. Red chili powder (1 tsp)

22. Add curd (1 small bowl)


 Cover cooker lid for 1 minute.


23. Mix well.

24. Add a glass of water.

25. Add mint leaves & coriander leaves.

26. Add fried onion slices (small amount)

 Layer it by dipping the above the surface ingredients.

Now sprinkle some biryani masala & garam masala on top.

27. Add fried paneer pcs and dip the pieces inside the gravy.

28. Add washed biryani rice that was soaked for 10 min.

29. Put some mint and coriander leaves on top.

30. Put some fried onion slices on top.

31. Add garam masala (2 tsp)

32. Add Ghee (1tsp)

33. Add Water (2 glass )

34. Cover Pressure cooker lid. Wait for 2 whistles and then wait for about 10 min.

35. Uncover the lid.

36. Veg Biryani is ready.


Tip:- Add some fried onion slices on top of the plate of served Biryani.
