Ingredients:-
1. Mutton Qeema
2. Onion, Curd, Ginger & Garlic.
3. Lemon, Salt, soybean oil.
4. Tomato, Capsicum
5. Ketchup , Soya Sauce
6.  Spice in no 5 of procedure.

Procedure:-
1. Take Mutton Qeema (500 gm)
2. Add Fried Onion ( 2 med size)
3. Add Curd (2 tsp)
4. Ginger + Garlic chopped (1 big tsp)
5. In Spices,
     a) Coriander Powder ( 2 tsp)
     b) Mutton Masala (1/2 tsp)
     c) Chaat Masala (1/2 tsp)
     d) Chili Powder (1/2 tsp)
     e) Garam Masala (1/2 tsp)
     f) Black Pepper (1 tsp)
    g) Cumin powder (1 tsp)
    h) Cumin (1/2 tsp)
    i) Chili Flex (1/2 tsp)
6. Add all this spices.
7. Squeeze Lemon (1/2)
8. Add Salt (little more than ½ tsp)
9. Mix everything properly and leave it for 10-15 min.
10. Now make balls from the prepared Qeema.

11. Heat oil and fry till the color changes to reddish brown.
12. You can eat from here too. But we are going to prepare some veggies too.
13. Take 1 tsp of Oil + Ginger & garlic (chopped) in a pan and heat
14. Add Onion, Tomato , Capsicum ( all chopped).
15. After cooking properly, add Salt (1/2 tsp), Garam Masala (2 pinch).
16. When tomato is cooked properly, add Ketchup (2 tsp) and soya sauce ( ½ tsp)
17. After mixing properly, add Kofta prepared earlier in it.
18. Mix, cover the lid to let the water dry.
19. Ready!
