Ingredients:-
1. Black Gram/ Urad Dal, Rice.
2. Tamarind, Jaggery (or sugar)
3. Coriander Chutney.
4. Cumin + Fennel + coriander Powder.
5. Chili powder, Black Salt, Normal Salt, Chili Powder, Curd.
Procedure:-
1. In a bowl, take Urad Dal / Black Gram (1 glass), Rice (3 fist), wash and keep it for 1 hour.
2. Now without adding water, grind it.
3. In a Vessel, drain the paste from mixer, add salt (taste), Mix properly for 5-10 min.
4. Now take a fist of dough, make a hole in the middle and fry in oil.
5. When its golden brown, take it out.
A) Making Tamarind Chutney
1. Put 100-150gms of tamarind Pulp in a pan, Add same amount of Jaggery (or use sugar), Black Salt (1/2 tsp), Normal salt (1/4 tsp), (Coriander + Cumin + Fennel) Powder (1 tsp).
2. Add Chili Powder (1/2 tsp).
6. Now in a bowl, take Water, Black Salt (1/2 tsp), Normal Salt (1/2 tsp).
7. Dip Fried Vada in it, let it soak. Then drain the water.
8. Then decorate it with Dahi, chutney, Spices and pomegranate.
9. Ready!
