Veg Manchuriyan Recipe | How to make veg manchuriyan | Food Menu


Preparation Time:- 30 min. at maximum.

Serve:- 6-7 Person.

๐ˆ๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:-


1. Cabbage (500gm)

2. Carrot (1pc)

3. Capsicum (1pc)

4. Green Chili

5. Onion (1 pc chopped)

6. Ketchup

7. Vinegar (Optional)

8. Red Food Colour (Optional)

9. Corn Flour

10. Fine Flour (Maida)

11. Salt.

12. Spices

    a) Garam Masala

    b) Black Pepper Powder

    c) Ginger Paste

    d) Ginger & Garlic

   

๐๐ซ๐จ๐œ๐ž๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž :-


For Balls :-


1. Take Cabbage (500gm), Add Salt, Half Glass Water, Squeeze it to remove moisture.

(Or you can Add salt and leave it for 10 min. to automatically remove moisture)

2. Now Separate Cabbage & Water.

3. Now in the cabbage, Add pinch of food colour (Optional)

4. Add Fine Flour (4tsp)

5. Corn Flour (4 tsp)

6. Salt (1/4 tsp)

7. Garam Masala (1/2 tsp)

8. Black Pepper Powder (1/2 tsp)

9. Ginger Paste (1/2 tsp)

Mix Well

10. Add a little water and make a dough.

11. If the mixture is sticky ( Add fine flour (1 tsp), Corn flour (2 tsp))

12. When dough is ready, put some oil to both palm and make balls.

13. Heat Soybean oil in a frying pan, when oil is hot, lower the flame and fry.

14. Fry till you get golden brown colour and crispy texture.

15. Balls are ready!


For Gravy:-


1. In a frying pan, add soybean oil (3tsp)

2. Garlic & Ginger (chopped), (1/2 tsp each)

3. Chopped Carrot (1pc)

4. Chopped Capsicum (1pc)

5. Onion (1 pc chooped)

6. Fry till onion colour changes to pink.

7. Cover lid for 2 min.

8. Add Water (1 cup)

9. Stir, then add chopped Green Chili.

10. Cook for a while then add Ketchup (4 tsp)

11. Add Garam Masala , Black Pepper powder (2 tsp each)

12. Salt (2 pinch)

13. Add Vinegar (1/2 bottle cap) (*Optional)

14. Cook for 5 min.

15. Add Manchurian Balls in it.


If you want gravy manchurian, then add water and wait till you get a hard gravy.

Here I have have made dry manchurian so I have not used extra water.


16. After cooking for 5 more min.

17. Veg Manchurian is Ready.
