Pav Bhaji Recipe (Bombay Style)

taaki jaldi se bane aur tasty itna ki aap apni ungliyan chabate rah jaenge.

Ingredients:-

1. Potato (4 med size)

2. Cucumber (1 pc)

3. Beat

4. Carrot

5. Pumpkin (Kaddu)

6. Capsicum

7. Onion

8. Lemon (1pc)

9. Tomato (3 pc)

10. Amul Butter

11. Spices:-

a. Cumin.

b. Chili Powder

c. Salt

d. Cumin Powder

e. Black Pepper Powder

f. Kasuri Methi

g. Bhaji Masala

h. Color Mirch

i. Ginger & Garlic Paste

Procedure:-

1. Take a pressure cooker, add Soybean oil (1 bowl).

2. Add Cumin (1 tsp)

3. Cumin powder (1 tsp)

4. Add all the vegetables after cutting into pieces.

5. After mixing well, add salt (1 tsp)

6. Add water to dip all vegetables / half a mug.

7. In a pan, add soybean oil (3-4 tsp)

8. Add Butter (3 small cubes)

9. Heat it and add Capsicum & fry.

10. After a little fry, add onion.

11. Add Ginger & Garlic paste (2 tsp)

12. Add Bhaji Masala (3 tsp)

13. Salt (1/2 tsp)

14. Cumin powder (1 tsp)

15. Color mirch (1 tsp)

16. Tikhi Red Chili (1 tsp)

17. Black Pepper Powder (1/2 tsp)

18. Crush Kasuri Methi and add it (1 full tsp)

19. After a little fry, squeeze lemon (1pc)

20. Add little water and fry.

21. On the other side vegetable in the cooker is boiled properly.

22. Add color if necessary (1 tsp)

23. Coriander Leaves ( few leaves)

24. Add this paste into cooker.

25. Mix well.

26. Now take a Masher and mash the vegetables into proper paste while cooking.

27. When it get dry, add a little water, mix and mash again.

28. Sprinkle coriander and Kasuri Methi.

29. Bhaaji is ready!

30. In a Tava, Add butter, coriander leaves & a little bhaji.

31. Place Pav and Rub over it to stick the mixture onto pav.

32. Fry on both sides.

33. Pav Bhaji is ready!

Ingredients:-

1. Carrot (1.5kg)

2. Milk

3. Dry Fruits: - Cashew, Almond, Raisins etc.

4. Desi Ghee / Pure Ghee

5. Sugar (150gm / 1 Bowl)

6. Condensed Milk

7. Milk Powder


Procedure:-

1. Take 1 kg Carrot, cut the head and tail a bit, peel it and wash to remove any dirt.

2. Use grater to shred carrot into small pieces.

3. After Grating, put carrot pieces into a cooker to cook it faster.

4. Add 1Lt milk and cover the lid to cook for 2 whistles.

5. After 2 whistles, the carrots is cooked properly and milk is also dried.

6. Stir properly. And now add 2 Lt of milk. So we take 3 lt milk for 1.5 kg of carrot.

7. Do not cover the lid and cook till the milk gets dried, meanwhile stir to prevent it from sticking to the wall of the cooker.

8. When milk is dried, turn off the gas, or Induction.

9. Now take Almond (Badam), Cashew (Kaaju), and cut into slices and take Raisins (Kishmish).

10. Heat a pan and add Desi Ghee (4-5 tsp), Small Cardamom (Ilaichi) (5, 6 pcs).

11. Add Cashew (Kaaju) & Almond (Badam) to fry. (Quantity as per your desire).

12. After Roasting, Add Gajar from the cooker to the pan.

13. Cook until the color changes to reddish brown.

14. Cook it in medium flame to prevent it from over cooking.

15. Now add Raisins (Kishmish) and mix it.

16. Cook for sometimes and add Sugar (1 Bowl) 150gm and mix properly.

17. Add Condensed Milk (150ml).

18. Add Milk Powder (4-5 tsp).

19. Now cook properly. (In total we have cooked it for 20 min)

20. Your Delicious Gajar Halwa is Ready!

21. Serve to your loved ones.
