Kunafa Ingredients:- 1. Milk (1/2 L) 2. Sewai (400gm) 3. Corn Flour 4. Paneer 5. Mozzarella Cheese 6. Custard 7. Sugar 8. Rasmalai Essence. 9. Dry nuts. Procedure:- 1. In a pan, Add Milk (1/2 L). 2. Add Corn Flour (2 tsp) 3. Custard (1 tsp) 4. Mix properly & then lit the gas. 5. Add Sugar (5 tsp). 6. Cook till you get thick paste. 7. Now in a mixer, Add Paneer & grind it. 8. Add this paneer paste into the paste. 9. Mix properly. 10. Add Mozzarella Cheese (Optional) 11. Mix & cook to get a thick paste. 12. Add Rasmalai Essence (2-3 drop) , You can you vanilla essence or small cardamom Powder too. 13. Now take Lachcha Sewai (400 gm) and crush it with hands. 14. Take a pan and Greece it with ghee or butter. 15. Put crushed lachcha sewai and spread in the pan. 16. Take an object with place base and layer sewai properly. 17. Put Cream/ Malai prepared earlier and spread over it. 18. Add crushed nuts. 19. Again add one more layer of sewai in the same previous way. 20. Now...
