घर पर बनाएं शाही गाजर का हलव। Shahi Gaajar Halwa Recipe



 Ingredients:-

1. Carrot (1.5kg)
2. Milk
3. Dry Fruits: - Cashew, Almond, Raisins etc.
4. Desi Ghee / Pure Ghee
5. Sugar (150gm / 1 Bowl)
6. Condensed Milk
7. Milk Powder

Procedure:-

1. Take 1 kg Carrot, cut the head and tail a bit, peel it and wash to remove any dirt.
2. Use grater to shred carrot into small pieces.
3. After Grating, put carrot pieces into a cooker to cook it faster.
4. Add 1Lt milk and cover the lid to cook for 2 whistles.
5. After 2 whistles, the carrots is cooked properly and milk is also dried.
6. Stir properly. And now add 2 Lt of milk. So we take 3 lt milk for 1.5 kg of carrot.
7. Do not cover the lid and cook till the milk gets dried, meanwhile stir to prevent it from sticking to the wall of the cooker.
8. When milk is dried, turn off the gas, or Induction.
9. Now take Almond (Badam), Cashew (Kaaju), and cut into slices and take Raisins (Kishmish).
10. Heat a pan and add Desi Ghee (4-5 tsp), Small Cardamom (Ilaichi) (5, 6 pcs).
11. Add Cashew (Kaaju) & Almond (Badam) to fry. (Quantity as per your desire).
12. After Roasting, Add Gajar from the cooker to the pan.
13. Cook until the color changes to reddish brown.
14. Cook it in medium flame to prevent it from over cooking.
15. Now add Raisins (Kishmish) and mix it.
16. Cook for sometimes and add Sugar (1 Bowl) 150gm and mix properly.
17. Add Condensed Milk (150ml).
18. Add Milk Powder (4-5 tsp).
19. Now cook properly. (In total we have cooked it for 20 min)
20. Your Delicious Gajar Halwa is Ready!
21. Serve to your loved ones.
