Ingredients:-
For Stuffing
1. Garlic & Ginger ( Chopped)
2. Carrot, Capsicum, Cauliflower, Onion.
3. Chili Sauce & Ketchup.
4. Corn Flour, Salt.
5. Spices:- Black Pepper Powder, Garam Masala,
For Paneer Masala:-
1. Paneer (150gm)
2. Ketchup
3. Spices:- Cumin Powder, Chili Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Garam Masala, Garlic Paste and salt.
For Paratha:-
1. Fine Flour (500gm)
2. Soybean Oil
3. Sugar & Salt.
4. Water.
5. Egg.
Procedure:-
For Making Stuffing
1. In a pan add Soybean oil (4 tsp)
2. Add Garlic (1 tsp), Ginger (1 tsp) chopped.
3. Just after mixing, add Sliced Carrot (1pc) and Sliced Capsicum (1pc).
4. Cook for 2 to 4 minutes.
5. Add Cauliflower (double that of carrot and capsicum. Cauliflower will reduce to level after moisture evaporation.
6. Add chopped onion (2pc)
7. Add chili sauce (1 tsp), Ketchup (2tsp)
8. Add salt ( ½ tsp), Black Pepper Powder (1 tsp), Garam Masala (2 pinch)
9. In total we have to cook stuffing for 5 to 7 minutes.
10. Now, in a blow, take water (2 tsp) and add corn flour / Ararot Powder (1/2 tsp).
11. Add this solution to stuffing.
12. Stuffing is ready!
For Making Paneer Masala.
1. Soybean oil (2 tsp)
2. Add Cumin Powder (1 tsp), Chili Powder (1tsp), and Black Pepper Powder (1/2 tsp).
3. Cook Properly for about 2 min.
4. Add Garam masala (1/2 tsp)
5. Ginger & Garlic Paste (2 tsp)
6. Add water in between and cook properly.
7. After cooking properly, add ketchup (4 tsp)
8. Add Paneer cubes in the paste.
9. Add Salt (pinch of), fry & cook properly. Paneer stuffing is ready!
For Making Paratha & Sticking Egg
1. Take Fine Flour/ Maida (500gm)
2. Add Soybean oil (2-3 tsp)
3. Salt (1/2 tsp), Sugar (1 tsp).
4. Now add water sufficient enough to make dough.
5. After making dough, Cover it and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.
6. Now take round ball of dough and roll it.
7. After rolling cut slices and fold it round.
8. Now roll again and heat on a frying pan.
9. Now add Egg (1 or 2 according to you) on frying pan.
10. Keep it wet and paste Lachchha paratha on to it.
11. After few more minutes, take paratha out.
For Decoration
Add stuffing, paneer masala, Ketchup, Sauce, and some raw vegetables and fold it.
Paneer Egg roll is ready to serve.
