Ingredients:-
1. Gram Flour / Besan (250gm)
2. Onion (3 pc chopped)
3. Coriander Leaves (chopped)
4. Garlic (1 tsp chopped)
5. Ginger (1 tsp chopped)
6. Carom Seeds (1tsp)
7. Salt (1tsp)
8. Green Chili (2-3 pcs chopped)
9. Garam Masala ( 1/4 tsp)
10. Water
Procedure:-
1. Take Gram Flour / Besan (250gms) in a bowl.
2. Add Onion (3pcs) in it.
3. Coriander leaves (chopped), Garlic (1 tsp), Ginger (1 tsp), Carom Seeds (1 tsp), Salt (1 tsp),
Green Chili (2-3 pc chopped), Garam Masala (1/4 tsp).
4. Mix all these.
5. Add water little by little to make a good thick bater.
6. When Bater is ready.
7. Fry it into round Pakodas. (Half fry because we have to double fry it in total.)
8. After half fry, we will take it out.
9. Its hot so place Pakoda in between 2 small plates and shape it into piyaji.
10. Then Fry it.
11. When the colour turns Golden Brown.
12. Piyaji is ready.
Take some green Chatni and fried Green chili with piyaji.

*Fry some whole green chili by cutting it from between and fry and serve it with piyaji.
