In this interesting blog, we are going to prepare delicious crispy papdi chaat.

𝕎𝕖 𝕡𝕣𝕖𝕗𝕖𝕣 𝕢𝕦𝕒𝕝𝕚𝕥𝕪. 𝕎𝕖 𝕘𝕦𝕒𝕣𝕒𝕟𝕥𝕖𝕖 𝕋𝕒𝕤𝕥𝕖.

2. Salt
3. Carom Seeds
4. Sugar
5. Melted Ghee
1. Take Fine flour (200gm)
2. Add Salt (1/2 tsp)
3. Carom Seeds / Ajwain (1/2 tsp) crushed between palms.
4. Sugar (1 tsp)
5 Ghee ( 4 tsp)
Mix well
6. Add water little by little to make a tight dough.
Note:- Tight dough will ensure crispy papdi.
7. When dough is ready, leave it for 5-10 min.
8. After 5-10 min. Play for 1-2 min. So that the sugar inside is uniform throughout.
9. Take big fist of dough and roll it thin, remember, thin for crispy papdi.
10. Take a small glass or bowl and mark the edge shape on the rolled dough.
11. Fry in medium flame.
12. When you see Golden Brown colour, take it out.
