Ingredients:-
1. Maida (1 Cup )
2. Milk Powder (1/4 cup)
3. Sugar Powder (1/2 cup)
4. Baking Powder (1 Spoon )
5. Baking Soda (1/2 Spoon )
6. Butterscotch Essence (1/4 spoon)
7. Vinegar
8. Soybean Oil/Refined Oil
9. Milk

๐๐ซ๐๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ฑ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐๐ค๐.
Take a bowl
1. Add Maida
2. Sugar powder
3. Milk powder
4. baking powder
5. Baking soda
Mix Well
๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ฑ.
Take a bowl
1. Add milk (1 cup)
2. Vinegar (1 Teaspoon)
3. Mix
4. Add Oil (1/2 Cup )
5. Mix
6. Add Premix mixture already prepared above.
7. Mix properly.
Note:- Add Milk in between if the paste is too thick.
8. Add Butterscotch essence (1/4 spoon)
9. Mix well.
The Paste is ready to bake.
๐๐๐ค๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ค๐ ๐๐ซ๐ฒ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ง.
1. Put soybean oil on its inner surface.
2. Sprinkle Maida all over the oily surface.
(Note:- It is done to avoid sticking the cake on the surface of the pan.
3. Drain the Prepared paste in the frying pan.
4. Tap pan to prevent air bubbles inside and for even distribution.
5. Put the pan in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 deg. celcius.
6. Be safe while taking the pan out of oven
7. Cake is ready!
8. Customize desired shape and decorate it.
