Food Menu. [ *Note:- It's not cauliflower, but cabbage ! Just a minor mistake. Inconvenience caused is regretted! 🙏 ] 𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐠𝐠 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥. We are going to divide the video into 3 parts. 1. Making Roll stuffings. 2. Making Chapati for roll. 3. Putting stuffings into chapati. 𝕎𝕖 𝕡𝕣𝕖𝕗𝕖𝕣 𝕢𝕦𝕒𝕝𝕚𝕥𝕪. Ingredients:-

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 (𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬):- 1. Cabbage 2. Capsicum 3. Carrot 4. Onion 5. Cucumber 6. Tomato Sauce 7. Soybean Oil 8. Corn Flour 9. Ginger (Chopped) 10. Green Chilli (Chopped) 11. Garlic (Chopped) 12. Black Pepper Powder 13. Salt
Procedure:-
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞 (𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬):- 1. Take 2 spoon of soybean oil in a frying pan. 2. Add Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli, Capcicum, Carrot and mix. 3. Add a bowl of water and fry. 4. cover the lid for 5 min. 5. Add cabbage, Onion and mix. 6. Add Black pepper powder (2 tsp) 7. Salt (1tsp) and fry for 5 min. 8. Add tomoto sauce (3 tsp) & mix. In a bowl (Add 1 tsp of corn flour and add 2-3 tsp of water) 9. Add Corn flour solution into the Stuffings. 10. Fry for 5 min. 𝓡𝓮𝓪𝓭𝔂! ________________________________________________________________
Ingredients:-
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 ( 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢):- 1. Fine Flour / Maida (250gm) 2. Soybean Oil 3. Sugar 4. Salt
Procedure:-
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞 ( 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢):- 1. Take Fine flour in a bowl 2. Add Sugar (1/2 tsp ) 3. Add Salt ( 1/2 tsp ) 4. Add sufficient water to make a dough. 5. Mix and make dough. 6. Leave it for 10 min. 7. Take a ball of dough and roll it thin. 8. Put oil. 9. Cut the chapati for lachcha paratha. 10. Make tha cut dough round and roll again. 11. Heat it. 12. When its ready. 13. Press from both sides to remove lachcha from paratha. ________________________________________________________________ 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡:- Now. 14. Take a pan and fry an egg half. 15. Put paratha on it. 16. Fry and place on a plate. 17. Put required stuffing, green veggies, sauce in required amount. Ready to serve!
