Ingredients:- 1. Potato (5-6 pcs) 2. Cumin 3. Soybean Oil 4. Red Chili 5. Onion 6. Salt Procedure:- 1. Wash Potato (5-6 pcs, Cut the green part & Cut) and cut into slices. 2. Add soybean Oil (3-4 tsp) and then add Cumin (1/2 tsp) 3. Fry and then add Red Chili (4-5 pcs) 4. Add sliced Onion (1 pc) and fry till the color changes to golden brown. 5. Now add sliced potato pieces onto the frying pan. 6. Add Salt (1/2 tsp) 7. Cover the lid and leave it for about 10 min. 8. On the other hand. Heat a frying pan and add cumin (1 big tsp) and fry. 9. After frying grind it in a mixer. 10. Remove the lid of the pan covered earlier and check if the potato are boiled nicely. 11. Fry and when color changes to golden brown, Add grinded Cumin powder on it and mix. 12. Fry for more to make it crispy. 13. And boom. 14. Your Jeera Aalu Bhujiya is ready.
