Potato Cheese Balls Recipe | Aalu se bani cheese balls | In Hindi

Preparation Time:- 15 min.
Serve:- 5 Persons.

Ingredients Required:-
1. Boiled Potato (4 med size)
2. Cheese ( Cut in square cubes)
3. Onion ( 1 med size )
4. Lemon (1/2)
5. Carrot
6. Fine Flour / Maida (2 tsp)
7. Capsicum
8. Garam Masala
9. Cumin Powder
10. Black Pepper Powder
11. Oregano
12. Chaat masala
13. Chopped Ginger & Garlic
14. Salt
15. Rice Powder / Chawal Aata
Procedure:-
1. Add boiled cubes in a bowl.
2. Add Onion, Capsicum, and Carrot in it.
3. Squeeze ½ lemon after removing seeds from it.
4. Add Rice powder/ chawal aata (3 tsp). Note: - You can use Maida / Fine flour in case you didn’t get rice powder.
5. Add Garam Masala (1/2 tsp)
6. Black Pepper Powder (1/2 tsp)
7. Oregano (1/4 tsp) Note: - If you don’t have Oregano then no problem, just skip oregano.
8. Add Cumin Powder (1/4 tsp)
9. Chaat Masala (1/4 tsp)
10. Salt ( little less than ½ tsp)
11. Chopped Ginger & Garlic (1 tsp)
12. Add Grade Cheese over the mixture.
13. Mix Properly to make a dough.
For Paste:-
14. Take a small bowl. Add Fine Flour (2 tsp).
15. Add water ( Flowing consistency paste, a cup)
16. Add Pinch of salt, Pinch of chaat masala, pinch of black pepper powder.
Mix and paste is ready.
Now Making Balls:-
17. Take a small amount of dough, press in between and add a cheese cube & roll it between palms.
18. Dip inside the Paste, Stick Crumbles over it. Repeat again to prevent overflow of cheese during fry.
Now.
19. Fry.
20. Fry till you get a golden brown color.
21. Ready.
