๐๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐ข๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ (Fish Curry):-
1. Fish (700gm)
2. Black Pepper Powder
3. Cumin Powder
4. Coriander Powder
5. Garam Masala
6. Red chilli Powder
7. Haldi Powder
8. Salt
9. Onion + Garlic + Ginger (Paste)
10. Soybean Oil
11. Mustard Oil
12. Fenugreek + Mustard Crush (Methi + Sarso)
13. Tomato ( Slices)
14. Coriander Leaves
Procedure:-
๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ( Fish Curry):-
1. Take 700gm of fish pieces (properly washes).
2. Add Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), Cumin Powder (1 tsp), Coriander Powder (1tsp), Garam Masala (1 pinch), Red chilli (1/2 tsp),
Haldi Powder (1/2 tsp), Salt (for taste), Onion + Garlic + Ginger (Paste) 2 1/2 tsp,
3. Mix Properly. Rub spices on fish pieces.
Leave it aside.
4. Take a frying pan.
5. Add Soybean oil & heat.
6. When it is hot, fry the fish till you see reddish colour.
7. Flip sides to fry evenly on both sides.
Take it out on a plate.
Note:- If some like fried fish. You can just start eating. and for those who want to make curry of that, continue reading below!๐
In another frying pan.
1. Take 2-3 tsp of mustard oil.
2. Add fenugreek + mustard crush (1 pinch) and heat it.
3. Add Onion + Garlic + Ginger (paste) 1 small bowl.
4. Mix it properly and leave it for 2-3 min.
5. mix again.
6. Add Cumin powder (2 tsp), Chilli powder (1tsp) , Haldi powder (1/2 tsp), Black Pepper powder (1/4 tsp), Colour powder (1tsp).
Mix properly.
7. Add Tomato slices when it is paste.
8. Add water to the paste frequently and make a proper gravy for the curry.
9. Add salt ( for taste in small amount as we have already taken talk while pasting in start.
10. Cover the lid for 5 min.
11. Add water for gravy for the amount of fish taken respectively.
12. Add Fenugreek + mustard (crush) 1 pinch each.
13. Cover the lid for 5 more min.
14. When it is boiling, Add fish pieces.
15. Flip in the middle to boil pieces equally every side.
16. Cook it for like 10 min.
17. Add coriander leaves.
Fish is ready to serve !
Serve this recipe with chapati (roti), Rice etc.
