𝐈𝐧𝐠đĢ𝐞𝐝đĸ𝐞𝐧𝐭đŦ:-
1. Dry Peas 2. Boiled Potato (1 medium pc cut into pieces) 3. Turmeric powder 4. Salt 5. Garam Masala (Khada) 6. Soybean Oil 7. Cumin / Jeera 8. Garlic & Ginger Paste 9. Chilli Powder 10. Chaat Masala / Chaat Spice 11. Tomato
Procedure:-
1. In a cooker, Take dry peas/matar and boiled potato pieces. 2. Add Turmeric Powder (1 tsp) 3. Salt (1tsp) 4. Khada Masala ( some pieces) 5. Add enough water to submerge the ingredients. 6. Stir properly. 7. Cover the lid. 8. Wait for 5 wistles. In another 1. In a frying pan, Add 4-5 tsp of soybean oil. 2. Cumin (1 tsp) 3. Add Garlic & Ginger Paste (2 tsp) 4. Mix 5. Add Turmeric Powder (1tsp) 6. Chilli Powder (1 tsp) 7. Chaat Masala (2 tsp) & Cumin Powder (1 tsp)
8. Fry for 3-4 min. 9. Add 1 glass of water. 10. Cook the spices for 3-4 min. more. 11. Add Tomato slices (1 big) 12. Add Salt (1/2 tsp) 13. Mix 14. Cover the lid for 5 min. On the other hand. Release the pressure out of cooker. 15. Squeeze pea to see if its soft enough. If it is, you are good to go. The spices in the frying pan is cooked well. Stir. 16. Add the Cooker ingredients to the frying pan. 17. Stir a little and cover the lid. 18. Cook till you get a thick gravy. 19. Stir in between. 20. Chaat Masala (Few Pinches) 21. Cook for 5 minutes more and when the gravy is thick enough to serve. 22. You are good to go. Serve !
