๐๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐ข๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ( ๐
๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ก๐ก๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ฒ):-
1. Kabuli chana
2. Bay Leaves, Cinnamon, Clove, Cardamom (small and big), Black Pepper
3. Garlic Paste
4. Potato
5. Soybean Oil
6. Onion Paste (3 med size )
7. Tomato Paste (2 big size)
8. Ginger Slices
9. Colour Mirch / Chilli colour
10. Chilli Powder
11. Cumin Powder
12. Red Chilli
13. Chholey Masala
14. Dried mango powder
15. Coriander Powder
16. Kasoori Methi
17. Salt
18. Baking soda

Procedure:-
๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ก๐ก๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ฒ:-
1. In a cooker, Add Kabuli chana, Bay Leaves,
Cardamom (small & big), Clove, Cinnamon, and potato.
2. Add water enough to dip the ingredients.
3. Add Salt (1 tsp )
4. Mix well.
5. Cover the lid.
6. Open after 5 whistles from the cooker.
Thats not it, wait!
๐๐ป ๐ฎ ๐ณ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ป
7. Put 2 spoon soybean oil.
8. Add 3-4 red chilli
9. Ginger slices and fry for 1 min.
10. Add garlic paste (2 spoon)
11. Onion paste (3 med pieces grinded)
12. Fry for 3-4 min.
13. Add coriander powder (1 tsp)
14. Dried mango powder (1/2 tsp)
15. Colour mirch/ Colour chilli (1/2 tsp)
16. Cumin powder (1/2 tsp)
17. Chilli powder (1 tsp)
18. Chholey Masala ( 2 tsp)
19. Mix well.
20. Fry it for 5 min.
21. Add tomato paste (2 big grinded)
22. Mix well and cook for 5 min.
Check if the chholey is soft enough to sqeeze.
If it's soft then drain the cooker into the frying pan.
1. Mix well.
2. Cook on medium flame.
๐๐ง ๐๐ง๐จ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ซ ๐ฉ๐๐ง.
1. Take a small amount of water (1 cup)
2. Put Tea leaves.
3. Boil it for 3-4 min.
(Boiled Tea leaves will give an impressive colour to chholey without disturbing its taste.)
Now filter the boiled tea leaves and add to the chholey.
4. Add salt (1/2 tsp ) or (according to your requirement)
5. Mix well.
6. Add baking soda (1/2 tsp)
7. Mix well.
8. Cover the lid for 10 min.
9. Then, sprinkle some kasoori methi on top.
10. Cover the lid for 3-4 min.
11. If the gravy is thick, your chholey is ready, if not, cook for a few minutes more.
12. Chholey is ready to serve!

Ingredients:-

1. Fine flour / Maida (800gm)
2. Soybean oil
3. Baking powder
4. Salt
5. Sugar

Procedure:-
๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ก๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ฒ:-
1. Add Baking powder (1 tsp ) to fine flour
2. Salt (according to your taste)
3. Sugar (1 tsp)
4. Soybean oil ( 2 tsp)
5. Mix properly
6. Add water
7. Mix.
8. Make spongy dough.
9. Prepare a roll.
10. Fry.
