Ingredients:-
1. Red Chilli 2. Sugar 3. Salt 4. Chopped Garlic 5. Chopped Ginger 6. soyabean oil 7. Chilli Powder 8. Red Chilli Colour 9. Onion ________________________________________________________________________________________
Procedure:-
1. Boil red chilli and onion for some time till the water dries up. and then grind this into paste. 2. In another pan, put 1 big spoon of soyabean oil, let it heat. 3. Add Chopped ginger and garlic (1 spoon each ) 4.Fry untill you see golden brown color. 5. Then add chilli paste (grinded) to it. 6. Cook for some times. 7. Add 1 big spoon of sugar, 1 half spoon of salt for taste. 8. Cook. 9. Add chilli colour powder for reddish colour. 10. Cook for sometimes till you get oil separated from mixture. 11.
