Via - ๐ ๐จ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ฎ เคถेเคเคตเคจ เคเคเคจी เคैเคธे เคฌเคจाเคคे เคนैं। ________________________________________________________________________________________Ingredients:-
1. Red Chilli
2. Sugar
3. Salt
4. Chopped Garlic
5. Chopped Ginger
6. soyabean oil
7. Chilli Powder
8. Red Chilli Colour
9. Onion

Procedure:-
1. Boil red chilli and onion for some time till the water dries up.
and then grind this into paste.
2. In another pan, put 1 big spoon of soyabean oil, let it heat.
3. Add Chopped ginger and garlic (1 spoon each )
4.Fry untill you see golden brown color.
5. Then add chilli paste (grinded) to it.
6. Cook for some times.
7. Add 1 big spoon of sugar, 1 half spoon of salt for taste.
8. Cook.
9. Add chilli colour powder for reddish colour.
10. Cook for sometimes till you get oil separated from mixture.
11. Serve with snacks.
